This file is for the SkyboxRenderer. This is for making a custom skybox using SkyRendererCustom.



addAlpha:
    Arguments:
        MinMaxBounds, MinMaxBounds
    Usage:
        angle bounds, alpha for transition
    Notes:
        Adds paired celestial angle bounds and alpha. Used to create a blended skybox transition as time passes.
