§0The runic alter from Thaumcraft is our last bit we will cover in this guide.
You will need a few things to get this created.

Firstly you will need a full Mana pool from Botania.
Then 1 of each of the tier 1 runes.

4 blood runes from blood magic and an attuned stone from witchery:

You may want to consider some potency lenses or additional manapools and spreaders, as this process takes awhile.

Now you can make the Altar and have a decent magic setup in each school, going forward, remember that NEI is your best friend for many of the recipe changes!
